Two more Indians arrested following brutal attack on Moroccans in Porto

Two more Indians have been arrested following the brutal attack in Porto on Moroccans, two of whose lives hung in the balance for several days afterwards. Correio da ManhĂŁ reports that the two Indian men, aged 22 and 33, belonged to the group of 11 that attacked a group of Moroccans on Ponte LuĂs I in June. Three of the group have been in preventive custody since their arrests in July. “That leaves six still to be detained”, says the paper. As Jornal de NotĂcias has stressed, the attack precipitated by “futile motives (…) caused strong social alarm given the number of people involved and the location itself, which is of a tourist nature”.
