UK-BASED recruitment agency Resource 1 recruitment is expanding its business and will be opening an office in Almancil on September 1.
Company director Chris Hyde said he has put in place a technological infrastructure that will enable Algarve-based staff to work in partnership with their UK counterparts.
Resource 1 recruitment agency has been running for the last seven years and now Chris wants to expand his business and combine this with his desire to live in the Algarve.
“We specialise in recruitment in the UK automotive sector but also place many other professionals in various positions in information technology, management and other employment sectors,” Chris told The Resident.
Chris has used the latest technology so that his clients in the UK will not be affected by the relocation and will not have increased bills from the company due to the expansion.
“Now there is suitable technology for my business to work without a problem while I live in the Algarve and run operations here.”
The new office will be open on September 1 and Chris hopes he will be able to offer his new employees the opportunity to earn UK wages while enjoying the lifestyle of the Algarve.
