Unemployment down

Unemployment continues to fall in Portugal, with data from Eurostat showing levels dropping to 15.4% in December 2013.
This represents the 10th consecutive month that unemployment fell in the country, although it was only 0.1% down on the previous month.
However, compared to December 2012, the level had dropped a significant 2% points – the largest reduction of the European Union.
