The Algarve’s original lifestyle resort has now revealed a fresh brand identity, inviting a new generation of homeowners and holidaymakers to come and ‘create their own traditions’.
Vale do Lobo has been captivating everyone from holidaymakers and golfers to property investors for decades. Opened in 1962, the iconic resort has always focused on the exceptional quality of its facilities and property offering. The 450-hectares of landscaped grounds provide an idyllic natural setting, with a 2-km-long stretch of beach and the stunning flora and fauna of the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
Generations of holidaymakers have already created happy memories at Vale do Lobo. Now, the resort’s fresh new brand identity is ensuring future generations can do the same. Expanded services, new facilities, and an emphasis on community (which are at the core of Vale do Lobo) are at the focus of the new brand. Managed by Vale do Lobo, a new Golf Shop has already opened, featuring carefully curated premium golf-wear and accessories, while over at the Tennis Academy there’s a boutique specialising in tennis equipment and apparel. The refreshed Tennis Academy facilities include 12 tennis courts, six padel courts and a new gym. At the Academy and at the Praça, new restaurants are due to open their doors over the coming months.

For the first time in decades, a new off-plan mixed product will be launched at Vale Real, supporting a new generation of discerning holidaymakers and property owners to cement their enduring relationship with the resort.
In addition to its two championship 18-hole golf courses, Vale do Lobo has grown over the decades to accommodate around 1,500 homes. Recently, the resort has made available a new selection of plots in two areas – the coastal Oceano Clube, offering some of the last true beachfront land available in Portugal, and the verdant Vale Real, a spectacular oasis of greenery, with panoramic golf course views. Soon to be launched, plots in Vale das Flores, close to hole 8 of the famous Ocean Golf Course – a rare opportunity to purchase land in a sought-after area of the resort.
