Vila do Bispo’s third Festival do Perceve (Barnacle Festival) has been described as a “success” by organisers, exceeding all expectations.
Around 4,000 people visited the festival, among which were many foreigners, “especially Spanish”.
With this year’s success, the council believes that its festival is fast becoming a ‘must’ on the Algarve’s gastronomy calendar.
