Vila Vita Biergarten hosts Austrian Weeks

The Vila Vita Biergarten, renowned for its authentic Bavarian tavern atmosphere is serving the best Austrian gastronomy until April 9. For the occasion, the restaurant created a special menu featuring traditional dishes from the land of Mozart and Klimt.

Comfort food enthusiasts will enjoy specialities such as Wiener Backhendl (breaded chicken served with potatoes and lamb lettuce salad) and Tiroler Gröstl (sautéed potatoes with beef, bacon and fried egg).

Soup lovers have several delightful options, such as Frittatensuppe (beef broth with pancake strips and chives) and Knoblauchsuppe (garlic soup with croutons), perfect for warming up on chilly days.

Those who prefer meat dishes will enjoy the Zwiebelrostbraten (beef entrecôte with onion sauce, sautéed potatoes, and spring salad), while vegetarians can savour the delicious Erdäpfelgulasch (potato goulash), a comforting and flavourful choice.

The experience doesn’t end with the main courses. The special Austrian Weeks menu also offers irresistible desserts, including Kaiserschmarrn (Austrian pancakes with applesauce) and Germknödel (dumplings filled with plum jam, poppy seeds and vanilla sauce), which make for the perfect conclusion to any meal.
