If that sounds expensive, executive digest carries the same story, but suggests the price is €24.5 million… Constructed in 2019, the six bedroom, eight bathroom property is purportedly “one of the best examples of biophysical architecture which defends the human being’s innate necessity to interact with nature”. It sports panoramic views, a solarium, floating circular staircase, gymnasium, sauna, various infinity pools and a lot of square metres to cool/ heat and keep suitably clean and sparkling.
