Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel in Sagres will be hosting a wine and food pairing evening tonight (Friday) at its O Terraço restaurant.
Chef Micael Valentim will be presenting a five course tasting menu, especially created to accompany some of Quinta da Aveleda’s finest wines, produced at the Penafiel winery in the north of Portugal.
This event is part of a cultural programme at the resort with a special focus on art and gastronomy.
Dinner, costing €58 per person including wines, starts at 7.30pm and reservation is required.
