A JUDGE in Connecticut, US, has dismissed the case of a blonde woman who had been attempting to sue L’Oreal for ruining her social life after she accidently dyed her hair brown.
Charlotte Feeny claimed that L’Oreal had put brown hair dye in a box labelled blonde leading to her unwanted change in hair colour.
She alleged that she had suffered from headaches and anxiety as a brunette, said she missed the attention she received as a blonde and was forced to stay in her house and wear hats to hide her shame.
It could never be proved that the brown hair dye had been placed in the wrong box and L´Oreal have been cleared of any charges.
