POLICE ARRESTED a teenager in Scotland after he posted a video on the internet website YouTube of him driving at speeds of more than 140 miles per hour on a single-carriage way road.
Officers described the incident as “completely foolish”, adding: “To post a recording of such driving on the internet is entirely stupid.” The teenager is likely to be charged with reckless driving and speeding.
