MAYOR OF Lisbon, Carmona Rodrigues has accused his political opponents of “palace plots and intrigues” in order to discredit his mandate and cast a slur on his political integrity.
He accused his opponents of being undemocratic in the wake of the last month’s scandal involving Bragaparques and alleged cash-for-favours.
In a statement, Rodrigues insisted he would complete his mandate for the people of Lisbon and would await the results of the present PJ enquiry.
