Promoting the best of the region’s crafts, the eighth Feira dos Ofícios is taking place between August 8 and 16 at Jardim das Palmeiras in Tavira. Part of the council’s summer programme, the fair showcases the varied handicrafts and traditional trades that are a part of the Algarve’s cultural heritage, whilst also providing the opportunity to see the artisans at work. The fair is open from 7pm to 12.30am.
