I read with interest and dismay your article in the October 19 edition concerning the proposed development at Praia Grande, Salgados Lagoon.
What you failed to mention was the neighbouring failed development of CS Resorts immediately the other side of the Lagoon.
CS Resorts looks very much like a ghost resort with its empty hotels, deserted apartments, unfinished building blocks and plethora of dying/dead palm trees.
In addition there is an existing golf course at Salgados These factors must surely be taken into consideration when any decisions are taken on the Praia Grande project.
