CAMBODIAN POLICE investigating the deaths of at least six people in traffic accidents have arrested a suspect cow.
A police chief based on the outskirts of Cambodia’s capital, Phnom Penh, said that the animal is thought to have caused a series of crashes over the past year.
He said the cow’s owner could also face six months in prison under a new traffic law that holds people responsible for accidents caused by their animals. The cow is currently being held at the police station.
