Deloitte – one of the largest audit companies operating in Portugal – has been sanctioned with a fine of €100,000 by securities market commission CMVM. The fine, announced by CMVM today, refers to breaches of audit duty that occurred in 2013 and 2014. According to Expresso, Deloitte has decided to challenge the decision judicially.
