Dear Editor,
It is all very well for ‘Pat the Expat’ to wax lyrical about his dog (Algarve Resident, May 24 edition), but not all dogs are well behaved, especially when there are more than one about. But the main problem is for people like me who have dog allergies. In the outdoors and fresh air, no problem but in confined spaces, they cause my nose to run and my skin to itch. If I see a dog inside a restaurant or café, I do not go there.
