POLICE ARRESTED a man in Estonia when they stopped him for driving his car erratically and realised he was blind. The 20-year-old man had been driving with the help of his 16-year-old passenger and police originally thought he was drunk. When they produced a breath test and told him to breathe into it, his mouth kept missing the tube, which is when they realised he was blind.
