It is the event that marks the start of the Christmas season in Ferragudo and will once again bring a variety of stalls, entertainment and festive joy to the picturesque fishing village.
Taking place this weekend (Friday to Sunday), the Artenata fair will feature 38 exhibitors selling everything from artworks and handicrafts to regional sweets, wines and liquors. This year there will be a VW Type 2 van selling liquors, craft beer and hot chocolate with an orangey-touch.
The fair’s usual lively entertainment programme with musical performances and activities for children is also returning.
The fair opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. Entrance is free.
