A MEXICAN man was allegedly murdered by members of a drug cartel and his body was wrapped in Christmas gift paper.
Police found the present in a wasteland area and, when they unwrapped it, they found the body. His eyes were taped shut and he appeared to have been strangled. No arrests have been made.
