Guilty thief

STAFF AT a kiosk in Germany were shocked to find an envelope stuffed with money and a note of apology just a few days after they had been robbed.

Police in Kamen, near the western town of Unna, said the business had was broken into and looted of cigarettes and alcohol, suffering loses of around 4,300 euros.

Arriving for work a few days later, staff were surprised to find an envelope with 400 euros and a note which read “sorry — to make up for Saturday night.”
