Aurélio Palha, a Portuguese businessman and nightclub owner, was murdered in a drive-by shooting in the early hours of Monday in Porto, the latest incident in a crime wave that has hit the city.
The killing took place at 3am outside the Chic night club, which Aurélio Palha owned, while he was standing outside talking to one of the club’s security guards. Police are using the security guard as a witness to the crime but as yet no suspects have been arrested.
