Very interesting front page snippet: ‘2013 road rules get tougher on new drivers. New highway code rules will come into force in 2013 and include the lowering of the legal blood alcohol level for new drivers and reduced speed limits.’
Does that mean older drivers can drink more and go faster – that’s a novel approach – if it’s adopted I would be able to put my foot down, get to the bar earlier and have an extra pint – it’s about time us “Silver highwaymen got a break” – way to go – keep me chuckling with these little fun snippets.
