Two men have been detained by SEF borders authority this weekend due to international arrest warrants emitted against them. The first was a French man travelling into Lisbon from Senegal. The 31-year-old is wanted by French authorities for the alleged practice of crimes of fraud and document falsification, writes Jornal de Notícias. The second was a ‘foreign citizen’ from the United Kingdom flying into Madeira, and wanted for alleged drug-trafficking. Both men are due to appear before magistrates tomorrow (Monday) for decisions on extradition.
