For the second year running, the Prince Henry the Navigator Masonic Lodge funded a Christmas lunch for the 34 Lar São Vicente residents at the Albufeira Camping Site restaurant.
Father Christmas attended the event and presented a gift to each member of the Lar, a home for the mentally and physically handicapped in Albufeira.
Fundraiser Linda Muhleisen, who is involved with the Lar São Vincente community, told the Algarve Resident: “It was a lovely lunch and not even the rain deterred the happy residents from enjoying themselves”.
