Café Calcinha and Casa da Primeira Infância in Loulé have been classified as buildings of municipal interest, following approval by the municipal assembly this week. The emblematic café in the centre of the city was established in 1927 and is of great sociocultural value to the municipality. The home for underprivileged children was built between 1952 and 1958 and is an example of the Modernist Movement.
