Infarmed has authorised six clinical trials for ‘innovative medication against Covid-19”. The new remedies have been devised by three pharmaceutical companies and three ‘academic promoters’. A total of 1,400 Portuguese are expected to take part in the trials that will go on in tandem with trials in other countries.
