A concert directed by one of Portugal’s best known composers and conductors is taking place at Lagos Cultural Centre on August 18.
Maestro Victorino D’Almeida is the artistic director of the Festival Grande Orquestra de Verão, which will include a performance by the Algarve Orchestra.
