A MAN in northern Portugal was sent a phone bill from Portugal Telecom for the grand amount of one cent! He had to travel a total of 60 kilometres there and back to pay the bill at the nearest post office, at a cost of around 15 euros in petrol. It appears that the bill is for his cancellation fee, which he requested. He still cannot believe it and has framed the bill.
