Portugal’s Ministry of Agriculture is to carry out a study to identify land without ownership title and claim it as State property. The objective is to eventually make the land available to anyone who may be interested in using it for agricultural purposes.
Minister for Agriculture Assunção Cristas says she hopes to have the project concluded within “the next four or five years”.
