On your bike!

A MAN believed to be the world’s most prolific bike thief has been arrested in Toronto, Canada.

Igor Kenk, 49, was arrested by plain clothes police officers who had been trying to track him down after they noticed a sharp increase in the number of stolen bikes in the area.

Kenk had been selling the push bikes from his shop Bicycle Clinic.  The shop was so full of stolen bikes that windows had to be removed to lower the stolen property out onto the street.

In total 2,865 bikes were seized by police.  So far, 500 people have been reunited with their missing cycles.
