European Commission President Durão Barroso and Portuguese Prime Minister Pedro Passos Coelho are some of the personalities expected to attend the 2nd Algarve Entrepreneurs Forum to be held at the Hotel Tivoli Victoria in Vilamoura this weekend from October 4 to 6.
Around 300 political leaders and entrepreneurs from countries such as Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Germany, China and Mexico are expected to participate in the event under the theme “A European Portugal or an Atlantic Portugal?”
Subjects relating to the future of southern European countries as well as business relations between Europe, Africa and America will all be on the table at the forum organised by LIDE ‘The Group of Entrepreneurial Leaders of Portugal’.
Other participants attending include Deputy Prime Minister Paulo Portas, president of BIC Bank Mira Amaral, lawyer and politician Luís Marques Mendes and José Maria Ricciardi from BES Bank.
