Portugal one of 36 countries banned from Russian air space

In a retaliatory move towards sanctions so far applied, Russia has banned a host of countries from Russian airspace, including Portugal. The other nations prohibited from flying over the country that has just invaded Ukraine are: Austria, Albania, Anguilla (British territory in Caribbean), Belgiu, Bulgaria, British Virgin Island, United Kingdom, Hungary, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Denmark, Jersey, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Norway, Poland, Romenia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Estonia.
