Expresso reports today that Portuguese bank Finantia has 12.2% Russia capital. The shares are held by Russian group VTB, which is subject to EU sanctions. Público adds that “direct Russian investment in Portugal has been increasing over recent years, reaching €305 million by the end of 2021”.
