Just to extend my support for Natasha Donn’s recent comment regarding the current insanity extended by a government of occupation in Westminster.
Having disregarded the uk.gov advisory on travel to Portugal over a month ago, I’ve had a most enjoyable time slowly travelling from Lisbon up to Valença via Coimbra and Barcelos doing my little bit to support the economy and the lovely people here.
I did wrongly anticipate the air bridge to have opened by now as I am disinclined to self-quarantine for 14 days on return.
With Spain now added to the mix, I find myself reflecting on extending my stay here perhaps longer than three months…
