Rise in passengers at Faro Airport

The number of passengers leaving or arriving at Faro Airport grew 5.4% in 2013, according to data presented by the administrator of Portuguese airports operator ANA.
On a national level, the figures increased by 5% with a total of 32 million passengers.
Ponce de Leão explained that the general decrease of Portuguese tourists travelling abroad was widely compensated by the number of foreign tourists visiting the country.
