Opening hours at the Silves Castle have been extended for the summer season.
The castle will now remain open for visitors from 9am to 7pm, up until the end of September.
The decision to extend visiting hours was made as the castle has experienced an increase in visitors over the past ten years, averaging with approximately 300 thousand visitors per year.
