Dear Editor,
May we say thank you through your paper to whoever was responsible for the four planes that flew over Lagos early on Saturday evening with a banner saying ‘Congratulations to our Diamond Queen’.
We were so delighted and moved by this. We were feeling a bit homesick at missing out on the celebrations in the UK this weekend, but not now – that was wonderful. Thank you.
