Dear Editor,
Storks nests were removed on the Monchique road at the Cepsa petrol station, when the birds were still there. I saw six nests removed, but they continued to remove more.
Is this legal? Have the society for birds been involved?
The reason I was given was “problems with electricity”. They could have built something close by that did not involve the electricity, then removed the nests.
