LISBON IS hosting its fourth Ocean Festival until August 12, after a five year break. Many of the events will be at the Eixo Ribeirinho, involving the Parque das Nações, the Centro Histórico including Terreiro do Paço and Belém.
The organisers of the event, Lisbon Tourism Association (ATL), are hoping for 10,000 people to participate in the formation of the world’s largest ever human wave on the festival’s last day.
