Three people (two young men and a young woman) have been detailed today over the fatal stabbing yesterday of a 19-year-old man at Laranjeiras Metro station in Lisbon. According to tabloid reports the horrific attack appears to have been precipitated by “an argument” the victim had ‘with a group’ over social media. The victim has been named as Rafael Vaz Lopes. He was stabbed in the neck and back; assisted almost instantly at the scene by an off-duty doctor who happened to be at the station at the time, but nothing could be done to save him.
