Vila Real de Santo António’s historic centre is opening this weekend with a Stockout fair, to be held between October 31 and November 2. Besides offering discounts up to 50% or more, shopkeepers are being allowed to exhibit products on the street, in the hope this will attract more customers. Shops will be open for the Stockout between 10am and 7pm.
