A competition to find young talent in the Portimão area has been launched by the Câmara.
The Arte Jovem@Portimão competition is aimed at people aged between 18 and 35, living or studying in the area, and includes categories such as painting, sculpture, photography and video.
Winning works of art from each category will form part of a major exhibition taking place in June at a location yet to be announced.
The overall winner will receive €500 while the winner of each category will receive €250.
