ALEXANDER WYKEHAM Ellis has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Portuguese Republic on October 10, succeeding John Buck, who has left the diplomatic service.
Having served as the Adviser to the President of the European Commission since 2005, Alexander Ellis has moved to Lisbon with his wife Maria Teresa Adegas and their son.
