Now under new management, the Cheeky Chippy in Almancil is offering customers authentic battered fish and chips from their newly-refurbished restaurant located next to the post office.
A choice of cod or haddock, freshly battered to order, as well as British chip shop favourites including hot pies, burgers, Doner kebabs and children’s meals, are available from the Cheeky Chippy with customers able to take their pick from a take away or sit down service.
Heather Finn, the manageress of the Cheeky Chippy, told the Algarve Resident: “Despite only being open a few weeks, we have already built up a regular and loyal client base.”
She added: “This is something a little bit different for the Algarve, a real taste of England in the heart of the Algarve.”
The Cheeky Chippy is open Monday to Saturday between midday and 2.30pm and from 6pm until 9.30pm.
