Around 80% of court clerks experiencing burnout

Nearly all court clerks are unhappy with their salary and 80% have high levels of burnout, mainly due to poor work organisation and management, reveals a study by the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Furthermore, “around 44% have a very high and extremely high level of emotional exhaustion,” which represents higher levels than other professional categories already analysed, including teachers, journalists and airline staff.
