THREE PEOPLE were arrested in separate incidents across the region between August 17 and 18 for minor crimes.
On August 17, a 53-year-old woman was arrested at Faro airport after her hand luggage passed through the x-ray machine and was found to contain a canister of pepper spray.
The next day, a 17-year-old boy was detained for driving a motorcycle in Vila Real de Santo António without a driving licence. This incident was followed in Lagos by a 27-year-old man who was found to be driving in Lagos over the legal alcohol limit.
