MONCHIQUE BOMBEIROS are hosting a blood drive tomorrow (Saturday, September 8) organised by the Associação de Dadores de Sangue do Barlavento do Algarve, a non-profit organisation that works in the region on the raising of the blood stocks.
Blood donors can go to the headquarters of the Monchique fire department from 9.30am until 1.30pm. The initiative is sponsored by the local Câmara and the Instituto Português do Sangue, the national authority that controls blood donations.
