MORE THAN 30 international body artists and 60 stands were at Lisbon’s fourth tattoo and rock festival held in the Pavilhão Atlântico at the Parque das Nações between September 19 and 21.
Tattoo parlour owner Américo Silva, who helped organise the event, said that tattoo artists came from all around Europe and as far as the US and Tahiti to take part in this festival, which preceded the London tattoo convention that is due to start today (Friday).
