Dear Editor,
I really loved to read about the new initiative by local businesses of creating a careers’ fair for the Algarve.
This is so important.
I have two children (6 and 9 years old) who attend public schools.
Although I’m quite happy with the Portuguese education system, I do think they should invest more in career advice.
I know that at some international schools students start learning about the different professions from a very early age, which I think is good and wish the Portuguese schools would follow suit.
