A SELECTION of the best cartoons from the International World Press Cartoon Festival Sintra 2008 is on display at the Lisbon Casino until July 31.
Included is the winning cartoon entitled The Tower of Brussels, by German artist Rainer Ehrt.
This cartoon recreates the renowned painting The Tower of Babel, which has been adapted to the 21st century by being inhabited with representatives from all 27 EU member states.
This free exhibition is open Sundays to Thursdays between 3pm and 3am and Fridays and Saturdays between 4pm and 4am.
